Was in the area for a Springsteen concert. Hotel location was convenient. Room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Price paid was a real bargain! However, while checking out, clerk handed me a bill for a charge at the restaurant I told her that we had not used the restaurant. She then handed me a statement on hotel letterhead showing that the charge was removed. Just got my credit card statement and guess what. The charge is still there! I finally got it straight with corporate. The person in charge of accounting at the hotel didn't return my 3 calls. Lazy. Should have dbl checked the room of guest in restaurant at the time they ordered! Should have called me back. lazy on both points! ...read more
